• With Other Members: Your profile, photos, selected city or neighborhood, game statistics, and activity are visible only according to your privacy settings. Exact device coordinates and saved addresses are not included in public profiles.
• Service Providers: We work with third-party companies that help us operate the app (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics). They only access information necessary to perform their services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the safety and rights of Vito, our members, or others.

• Product Analytics: Analytics are disabled until you explicitly enable them, and can be disabled again at any time in app preferences.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time. Your profile and user-owned content are removed. Payment, refund, accounting, dispute, and trust-and-safety records may be retained in pseudonymous form where required.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account deletion removes the Firebase account, profile, user-owned content, messages, media, precise location, activity statistics, and social relationships. We retain only pseudonymous records needed for payments, refunds, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and trust and safety, for as long as those purposes or applicable law require.

Vito is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Vito operates globally and may store and process your information in countries other than your own. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
